This text explains, plainly, which data this site handles, why, for how long and what you can do about it. It only describes what the system does today.

Who is responsible
This site is Arthur Martimiano's personal digital home; he is responsible for the data handled here. For any request about your data, use the form on the Contact page.

Visitor account
An account is optional: reading and sharing need no sign-up. It is for liking and commenting.
- Display name — public: shown next to your comments. You can change it at any time in My account.
- Email — private: used only to sign in, confirm the account and recover the password. It never appears on the site.
- Password — stored only as a hash by the authentication provider. Nobody can see it, not even Arthur.
- Acceptance of the terms — we record the version of this text accepted at sign-up and the date.
- Minimum age to create an account: [to be defined by Arthur]Pending decision.
Likes and comments
- Likes — who liked stays private; only the total is public.
- Comments — public, with your display name and the date. They appear as soon as you post.
- You can delete your own comments whenever you want. Arthur may hide or delete comments.
- Sharing needs no account: the site only builds the link; the sharing itself happens on the service you choose, under its rules.
Contact form
We keep the name, email, subject and message you send so Arthur can reply. To limit abuse we keep a code (hash) derived from the IP address — not the IP address itself.
Providers and technical logs
The site uses Supabase (authentication and database) and Vercel (hosting). These providers keep technical access logs for security and operation, under their own privacy policies.

Laboratório (lab)
Laboratório projects run isolated from the rest of the site, with no access to your session or cookies. Some apps may load resources from external services; when that happens, the app's page says so.
How long we keep data
- Account — until you delete it.
- Deleting the account also deletes your likes and comments.
- Contact messages — until Arthur deletes them.
Your rights and how to use them
- Change your display name, change the password and delete the account: directly in My account, at any time.
- Other requests (access, correction, questions): through the form on the Contact page.
Rules of use
- Respect: no insults, harassment or hate speech.
- No spam, advertising or repetitive self-promotion.
- Nothing illegal, and no personal data of other people.
- Comments that break these rules may be hidden or deleted by Arthur.
- This is a personal site, offered with no availability guarantee: it may go offline or change at any time.
Changes to this text
When this text changes, the version shown at the top of the page changes with it.
